DPC is a healthcare payment and service model where patients pay membership fee directly to a primary care provider (PCP) instead of using insurance for routine visits. This model is designed to offer affordable patient-centered care by eliminating insurance-related complexities.

- Simple, low-cost primary care management virtually in the comfort of your own home or space. Please be advised that this is a cash-based service. Absolutely no insurance is accepted, and patients are not permitted to submit these visits to their insurance carrier for reimbursement

- If you are out of your chronic medications for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and thyroid problems and your doctor does not have any availability for weeks. 30 DAY SUPPLY.

- $50 sick visit: If you are not feeling well and do not want to sit in urgent care, or go to the ER, just set up a telehealth visit from the comfort of your home. This visit includes prescriptions and work/school notes as applicable. Please note that insurance is not accepted. These visits are not appropriate for medical emergencies. All Florida residents are welcome!.
